Overview: Team Leader opportunities in Production, Quality and PC and Logistics isresponsible for learning and maintaining a qualified skill set on all jobs within theirassignedItis the responsibility of the Team Leader to ensure all Team Members withinassignedarea aretrainedtoHyundaiMobiscompanystandardsand promoting safety withintheirteam. TeamLeaderperforms various tasks ensuring production processes run efficiently and effectively. This position mustcommunicate with Team Membersand Group Leaderin assigned team as wellas other areas to ensure goals and standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Promote Team Member understanding of company vision and goals
• Create and maintain a positive morale, keeping the Team Members spirits enhanced
• Ensure production Team Members have the propertools and equipment to perform their jobs
• Ensure that product defects are repaired, minimized and returned to proper location
• Monitorproduct inventory and communicate with material handling
• Assists Team Membersto ensure the production line continues to move
• Ensure that all production Team Members equipment and work stations are cleaned daily
• Observe and provide coaching to Team Members in the work station to ensure processes standards are being followed
• Meetdailyproductiongoalsthrough continuousimprovementandteamwork
• Provide solutions and alternative methods for resolving production issues
• Consistently communicate to Team Members on expectations, performance and any changes
• Provide and maintain necessary daily production data and reports
• Seek opportunity-for-improvement in safety, quality, productivity, cost and delivery
• Conduct or participate in team and safety meetings and promote safety within the workplace
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required EducationandExperience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years' experience manufacturing
• Previous Team Leader Experience

Required Knowledge, Skills,andAbilities:

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and conflicts resolutions skills
• Excellent communication skills Hyundai Mobis Restricted
• Experience leading a Team in a manufacturing environment

Preferred EducationandExperience:

• Automotive experience

• Ability operate in a fast-paced environment
• Good verbal and written skills
• Regularly must be able to sit, stand, walk, talk, see and hear
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to climb, stoop, crouch, kneel, pull and reach as needed
• Frequently must use both hands and have adequate finger dexterity
• Must be able to identify multiple colors (wiring harness and connectors)
• Working hours consists of Monday-Friday, Overtime/weekends asSubject to change as needed
