Position Summary This position the Client Success Manager (CSM) I is responsible for managing Utility and Energy Service Company accounts, maintaining long term relationships while delivering sales and profitability. The Client Success Manager is responsible for protecting AMC\'s share position, identifying opportunities for sales and margin growth, and providing guidance to leadership and other internal functions to help align company resources in a way that creates value for AMC and its strategic accounts. The Client Success Manager I falls into the Client Success Manager family of roles which also contain Client Success Manager II and III. The CSM I is expected to use this role as an opportunity to learn to be more independent and enable to take a more leading role with all duties and responsibilities described herein. As the individual shows this growth, they will be more prepared for CSM II and III roles. The Client Success Manager family supports the company\'s e-commerce, education, and transactional business channels.
