Are you an ambitious, professional with a passion for project management and a desire to help a growing company scale? We're looking for a motivated Project Manager to support a dynamic sales team as they continue to grow our brand in the retail space. As the Project Manager for our Sales Team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our sales initiatives, coordinating between departments, and helping meet ambitious growth goals. You will work closely with the CEO, and sales team, assisting with project timelines, resource allocation, and overall team coordination to keep things running efficiently. Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Support the sales team in managing key projects, from planning through execution

  • Organize project tasks and timelines to ensure timely delivery of sales goals

  • Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and operations to maintain project alignment

  • Help identify areas for process improvements and support efforts to streamline operations

  • Track and report on project progress to leadership

  • Contribute to building a scalable infrastructure as the company grows

  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients and help manage key relationships as needed
