This is a contingent position based upon contract award
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Operations: Assist with Shore-based Information Technology (IT) infrastructure operations and command functions to include facilities, finance and staff administration support
Cyber Program Management Assistance: Assist in the program management of cyber related tasking, monitoring and reporting requirements associated with specific taskings
Cyber and Management Operations Support: Support internal cyber and management operations, which include staff briefings, teleconferences, program/project evaluation, project liaison and project management assistance
Requirement and Process Development: Assist in development of classified network requirements and security processes, and develop briefings as required (see CDRL A016 for deliverable requirements).
Certification and Accreditation Support: Provide certification and accreditation (C&A) technical support and authority to operate (ATO) technical services in accordance with DoD 8510.01 Risk Management Framework (RMF) Process Guide for IT or current IA policy. C&A and STO support shall provide IA technical integration to NSWC SSO to ensure proper accreditation of systems and applications. The contractor support IT and Cyber operations shall be certified in accordance with DoD's IA Workforce efforts, DoD 8570.1M.
Program Meeting Participation: Participate in program meetings to provide meaningful technical amplification or explanation to the SSO regarding specific tasking. Provide meeting minutes detailing attendees, discussion points, assigned action items and areas participants may need to explore further.
Author reports: Author/co-write reports in clear, concise language detailing methods, results and recommendations for mitigation of identified issues and concerns

Qualifications:
Required:
Clearance: TS/SCI
Special Security Office and SCI Experience: 3+ years demonstrated experience and familiarity with Special Security Office and SCI security programs, including the Defense Information Security System (DISS) for DoD, DoN and/or NUWC requirements
SCI/SAO Technical and Analytical Experience: Three (3) years of demonstrated current and relevant experience and familiarity in providing technical services and analytic expertise in SCI/SAO program security management for DoD, DoN and/or NUWC, Keyport
SSO Experience: Three (3) years of demonstrated current and relevant experience and familiarity serving in a SSO or related relevant experience
SAP/SCI Manual Familiarity: Three (3) years of demonstrated current and relevant familiarity with Special Access Program Security Manual; Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Administrative Security Manual (DoD Manual 5105.21); Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) and DoD Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manual (DoD Manual 5205.07) Volumes 1-4.
DISS Experience: Ability to effectively oversee and utilize the DISS information management system. Ability to effectively present technical information to reviewers in oral and written formats.
ISSO Experience: Information System Security Officer professional experience
Program Management Experience: 3+ years of program management experience with responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance of the contract
Project Management experience: 2+ years managing a project with resource, funds, EVM, compliance management responsibilities or oversight
Education: Bachelor's in Technical or Quantitative field. MBA or Master's in Technical or Quantitative field a plus
Professional Certification: PMP or DAWIA Level 3 a plus
Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40 minimum hours per week
Basic Compensation:
$103,000 - $154,000 per year
This range is for the CA area only
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
