We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Dishwashers at 1812 Food & Spirits. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary team. Responsibilities: - Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots - Properly load and unload dish racks and ensure items are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards - Keep dishwashing area clean and organized, including washing floors, emptying trash, and maintaining cleanliness of dishwashing equipment - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient flow of dirty and clean dishes - Adhere to sanitation and safety procedures to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment -Support kitchen team with additional tasks as needed Qualifications: - No previous experience is required, training will be provided - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards - Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects - Willingness to learn and work as part of a team - Basic understanding of food safety regulations and practices If you are reliable, hardworking, and eager to contribute to a well-functioning kitchen operation, we welcome you to apply for the Dishwasher position.
