ManpowerGroup Mechanic Operator in Pontiac, South Carolina
Our client is seeking a mechanic operator to join their team. As an operator technician, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, efficient and have strong communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Mechanic Operator
Location: Columbia, SC
Pay Range: $20- $23
Shift: Monday - Friday 2nd Shift (2pm - 10:30p) 3rd Shift (10p-6:30a)
What’s the Job?
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment
Monitor the production process
Conduct quality control checks on product
Execute machine changeover and preventive maintenance
Document production activities and data
What’s Needed?
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
Must know how to operate and troubleshoot machine
3 plus years of mechanic operation
Technical certification (plus)
Ability to understand the tools and mechanics of machine
