Are you a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in the interior design or building materials industry? Our client, a dynamic and growing industry leader in Broward County, seeks a results-oriented Sales Representative to join their winning team. This exceptional opportunity offers a lucrative compensation package including a guaranteed commission of up to $145k in your first year, a $60k base salary, and a comprehensive benefits package featuring a company phone, mileage reimbursement, and professional development opportunities. As a key member of the team, you will build strong customer relationships, drive sales, and contribute to the company's continued success.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Prospect for new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct weekly sales calls, including a mix of existing customer service and new business development.
Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Leverage CRM software to manage customer data, sales pipeline, and sales activities.
Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and sales reports.
Utilize strong negotiation and influencing skills to close deals.
Maintain excellent customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 4+ years of successful outside sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in the A&D industry.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel within the region as needed.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
