Project Accountant
KEITH is looking for a Project Accountant to join our team in our Corporate Office in Pompano Beach, FL. We are looking for positive individuals to fit our energetic culture. What you'll do as a Project Accountant:
Assist with setting up and maintain project records in both Deltek Vision and KEITH Network
Monitor project costs/performance
Review costs/draft invoices with Project Managers
Prepare project invoices monthly
Prepare FDOT invoices
Assist with FDOT Audit Packages
Additional Accounting Assistance as needed
What you'll need:
Experience with project accounting software; Deltek Vision is preferred
Experience in the A/E/C industry preferred (Architecture, Engineering, Construction)
Experience with billing preferred
Ability to work independently
