Position Title: Assistant Director of Dining Services - Coconut Creek, FL

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 / yr.

Job Summary

The Assistant Director of Dining Services with FISD will play a pivotal role in ensuring flawless workflow and outstanding dining experiences for our students and community at North Broward Prep School in Coconut Creek, FL. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining our exceptional standards and encouraging a positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and review standards and work procedures for all staff in compliance with the facility’s policies and practices

• Direct and conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs while building excellent relationships with clients and customers

• Ensure client and customer happiness through efficient, cost-effective management

• Promote the professional growth and development of all associates

• Coordinate tasks of the supervisory and management team through regular communication

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, associate’s degree required, or equivalent relevant experience

• At least 5-7 years of experience in a related role is required

• At least 5-7 years of experience in a related role is required

• Prior experience in an educational setting is highly preferred

• Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service

• Excellent stress management, administrative, and organizational skills, with strong follow-through

• Strong ability to communicate effectively with management, guests, and team members

• Proficiency in Windows-based office software, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, preferred
