As a Manager, Modern Workplace Advisory, you play an integral part in defining Avanade's point of view on the role of technology in shaping workplaces of the future that help our clients deliver great experiences to their people, deliver innovations leveraging the technology ecosystem and empower them to be agile and adaptable in responding to change continuously.
This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of the AI revolution, helping customers to harness the power of Microsoft Copilot to transform their businesses and achieve their strategic objectives. You are an experienced trusted advisor with a track record of building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders, shaping technology strategy and priorities for a modern workplace, and leading teams to deliver technology blueprints, roadmaps and assessments.
You also understand how to embed technology into business, people and operations engagements to help clients take a strategic view on transformation goals and technology investments.
What you'll do:
Advise clients on shaping and executing Workplace technology strategy that drives business growth, great people experiences and continuous transformation. You will work with account teams to shape, sell and coordinate the delivery of propositions that address client challenges in the areas of workplace strategy, workplace transformation, business process optimization and secure collaboration. You will also have the chance to:
Bring market and industry intelligence on key trends driving transformation and change - and lived experience of how to drive continuous change in organizations.
Develop and evolve future focused workplace and organization transformation strategies propositions and solutions.
Support the identification, development, selling and implementation of modern workplace propositions in response to market demand and digital trends.
Work with senior stakeholders to qualify business drivers, agree the optimum approach and develop pragmatic, deliverable and sustainable solutions and roadmaps that allows client to address their business needs and leverage the best value out of their investments.
Design and deliver operations consulting services for clients including oversight of solutioning and sales processes.
Support Modern Workplace Practice Leadership on client engagements, responsible for the project management and associated deliverables.
Build, maintain, and utilize networks of client relationships to help identify and proactively address client needs.
Lead the design and implementation of new enterprise and functional operating models as well as business processes that deliver simple, connected and seamless experiences for the business
Turn information into insight by leading and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, including the timely synthesis of complex data
Assess and develop strategies to mitigate identified strategic risks
Become a part of our client's business processes to help you work effectively achieve your target chargeability rate on billable work
Your skills:
Advanced knowledge of the end-to-end value chain of IT applications and infrastructure
Understanding of Microsoft Co-pilot, emerging technology trends and the commercial offerings that support them
Aptitude for leading and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses within analytical frameworks
Written and oral communication skills that enable you to convey strategic concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple levels (Polish and English required)
Extensive experience in using professional services to help clients address complex issues of enterprise architecture and technology strategy
Experience working through highly complex problems, often requiring analysis of near-intangible factors to creating creative solutioning and high strategy
6+ years of consulting or advisory experience with a focus on client workplace and secure collaboration strategies.
Experience with defining high level enterprise digital (business and technology) architectures to support transformation strategy recommendations
Experience in providing outstanding insights from a range of industry experience to help guide clients on how to evolve and develop their employee propositions, changes to business processes and ways of working
Workplace solution experience should cover one or more of the following:
Solution and architecture blueprints
Operating model and organisation design
Secure collaboration systems design
Solutions for network enabled co-creation and innovation
Task and/or process automation and augmentation
Business impacts considerations and mitigations
