remain an industry leader? ESNA is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to deliver business improvements in

our growing business.

ESNA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive major business improvements in a high paced, high volume

manufacturing business to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction metrics. The ideal

team member will have proven process improvement and project management experience delivering results

in a precision machining and/or plating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project manage from conception to implementation projects that improve business performance

across multiple metrics that achieves timeline and budget requirements

Identify and deliver process improvement projects using various problem-solving techniques and/or

the deployment of capital resources

Continuous Improvement (CI) champion that leads process improvement projects to eliminate non-

value add activities

Work with the Corporate CI Team to develop and deploy the CI strategy for the location

Champion the capital budget for future years and monitor current year performance

Write capital expenditure requests that include project rationale and business cases

Evaluate new technology and best practices from other Novaria manufacturing locations

Work with the Corporate Technology group to develop and deploy the Automation strategy for the

location

Work closely with Operations to provide day-to-day support to ensure performance objectives are met

Support Engineering and Quality functions as required

Ad hoc duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent from an accredited university

Five (5) years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry

Must be able to communicate verbally, read, and write in English

Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment

eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or equivalent Engineering field

Five (5) years of experience working in the Manufacturing Industry

Experience installing robotics for applications

Experience with automation and/or PLC logic

Experience implementing Continuous Improvement projects

Experience working in a business that holds AS9100, ISO9001, or equivalent quality certificate(s)

Experience using an ERP system
