Aerotek Warehouse Lead in Plymouth, Washington

Job Title: Warehouse Lead

Job Description

As a Warehouse Lead, you will manage the warehouse/production team, order and track inventory of production and equipment parts, and assist in hiring seasonal staff. You will supervise all warehouse staff, ensuring they are properly trained, oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and repairs of facilities and equipment, and ensure SH&E compliance. Your responsibilities will also include completing paperwork in a timely manner, maintaining maintenance records, operating small mobile equipment like forklifts and frontend loaders, reporting any safety concerns, assembling customer orders, planning and developing policies and procedures, and ensuring team adherence. Additionally, you will blend and load bulk liquid and dry fertilizer, and manage the loading and unloading of bulk liquid and dry products. You will perform any other duties as assigned.
