Responsibilities: Teach - Explain installation, diagnostic and repair issues to our customers in a way that is easy to understand, over the phone or via email. Investigate and Solve - Discuss, resolve, and coordinate customer service activities with personnel from various departments within the company. Customer Relations Build relationships with our customers and handle solutions with our customers in a professional and friendly manner. Dynamic and Fast-paced Demonstrate superior customer care by quickly responding to customer concerns/challenges. Build Partnerships Work with an extended group of trained field service technicians professionals to coordinate equipment repair. Follow Through - Document and maintain warranty / repair records and ensure customer needs and expectations are met. This is a desk position with the opportunity to travel infrequently. This is not an IT Support/Help Desk position.
