Honeywell Sr. Project Manager in Plymouth, Minnesota

As a Sr. Project Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of programs within the Building Automation (BA) business unit. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business objectives. With your strong leadership skills and expertise in program management, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.

You will report directly to our Sr. Program Manager and you'll work out of our Plymouth, MN location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of our BA business unit by:

• Leading and managing the execution of programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables • Monitoring program performance and implementing corrective actions as needed • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders • Providing guidance and support to the program team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the successful execution of programs within the Building Automation (BA) business unit • Drive operational excellence and ensure customer satisfaction • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables • Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders • Provide guidance and support to the program team • Manage day 2 day activities of the team.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in program management or a related role • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field • Experience in the building automation industry • Project management certification (PMP) • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
