(Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position) The Service Business Operations Admin is responsible for a wide range of functions that include coordination, administration, liaison work, licensing, and compliance work. The Service Business Operations Administrator will lead the evaluation, communication, execution of, and compliance with service operation's legal contracts. In addition, they will partner closely with legal to execute these duties while remaining closely tied to the service channel. He or She will work with various corporate departments (Legal, Credit, Finance, Safety, HR) to ensure compliance with DAA process to effectively mitigate risk and deliver an unrivaled experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Include: Communicate the contract execution process, obtain approvals and signatures, to the established service district offices, and return required documents to the legal department Manage online compliance with ACH forms, Credit applications, E-Verify Affidavits, vendor registrations and questionnaires, pre-qualification forms, insurance i.e.: Certificates of Insurance, and safety documents Manage compliance networks for the North America (US and Canada) working with corporate departments of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Human Resources (HR), Quality, National Accounts, and Cybersecurity (IT) Act as the liaison between service, legal, customers, and corporate credit to ensure all parties are informed of current business processes, payment terms conform with contract language, and appropriate levels of authority are made aware of actions that require attention Database and system-based management based on new hires, terms, and promotions - Distribution Channel Warehouse, Salesforce Quotas, New user set up, Employee systems access for Service Licensing for the organization of Business, Contractor, and gaming licenses for North America (US and Canada) markets Manage and process bonds for the organization including performance and payment bonds, bid bonds, supplier bonds, custom bonds, and notary Handle physical mail and office duties - including obtaining wet signatures from officers (Notary and Signatures to support sales cycle) Support Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) providing corporate information and ensuring Daikin's policies and processes are followed Support our field service offices with process, policy, procedures, and best practices Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: 4 Year Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience 5+ years supporting a sales and service environment Preferred Knowledge and Skills: Intermediate (or above) Salesforce knowledge Paralegal certification, or similar experience reviewing legal documents HVAC industry experience What's In It For you: Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, PTO, 401K match, support for community involvement and much more!
