Daikin Applied IT Support Specialist in Plymouth, Minnesota

The IT Support Specialist role involves Tier 2 support of client desktop systems, applications, and IT infrastructure, in alignment with ITIL best practices. This position ensures business users are kept productive by investigating and resolving issues they have with their computer, access, internet services and software.
