Position Overview:
As an Install Technician Apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced team to learn and develop the skills necessary to install, troubleshoot, and maintain our drain/sewer services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about getting down in the trenches and getting dirty!
Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation and configuration of drain and sewer pipes at client sites.
Learn and apply troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve issues.
Collaborate with senior technicians to perform routine maintenance and upgrades.
Follow safety guidelines and protocols during installations.
Willingness to get dirty.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
Document installation procedures and maintain accurate records.
Stay informed about industry trends and product developments.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic understanding of hand tools, drains, and sewers is a plus!
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
