Job Title: Fork Lift Operator
Job Description
We're looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team. This role involves professional, accident-free operation of the forklift, systematic maintenance and cleaning of the forklift, and continuous tracking of goods' location during material handling using WMS. Other responsibilities include performing manual jobs under the direction of the warehouse supervisor or team lead, keeping the warehouse clean and tidy, and maintaining safety standards. During the seed delivery and return season, you'll ensure proper loading and unloading of transport vehicles with quality packages to meet customer expectations. Work schedule is subject to change based on the season and business need, so flexibility with scheduling is crucial.

This role involves working in a safe and fast-paced environment. You should be flexible for all shifts during training and will then be assigned a specific shift. Currently, we're working 1 shift: 7:00a - 3:30p. We also have associates periodically work a split shift working 10a-6:30p. Safety toe work shoes/boots, long pants and a shirt that covers the shoulders are required.
