Job Title: Deburring Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Deburring Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to visually inspect and remove metal burrs left after machining using various hand tools.

Responsibilities

  • Visually inspect machined parts for metal burrs.

  • Remove metal burrs using hand tools such as grinders and deburring tools.

  • Ensure quality and precision in deburring processes.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with deburring and grinding.

  • Proficiency in using hand tools.

  • Any manufacturing experience, preferably in machine operating or grinding.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Willingness to learn and strong work ethic.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a machine shop environment.

Work Environment

The position is for the 2nd shift, from 4pm to 2:30am Monday to Thursday, with availability on Friday if needed. The work environment is a standard machine shop, not a large facility. The pay range starts at $16.50/hr.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
