Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Job Description
The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating a horizontal CNC Mazak mill. The role involves loading fixtures, changing pallets, and performing inspections on parts using various instruments. The operator will start with one machine and gradually work up to managing 2-3 machines.
Responsibilities
Operate a horizontal CNC Mazak mill.
Load fixtures and change pallets.
Perform inspections on parts using calipers, height gauges, and other instruments.
Start with operating one machine and eventually manage 2-3 machines.
Essential Skills
Any CNC experience.
Experience measuring with calipers.
Understanding of blueprints.
Experience with mills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Work Environment
This position is for the 2nd shift, running from 4pm to 2:30am Monday through Thursday, with overtime available on Friday. The role is set in a standard machine shop environment, which is not a large space. The pay range is $18-20/hr based on skill.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
