Production Operator - Assembler: Handle, store goods and raw materials in the factory or the warehouse Set up production equipment: robot, machine, workstation, test bench, inspection tool, warehouse equipment Clean and maintain working areas and production equipment Perform manufacturing/production/test tasks as planned by the MRP Respect task time and quality level assigned by operating instructions, methods process and MRP routing Identify parts as required by the operating instruction Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks Alert Team Leader on process drift or quality problem Complete tally sheet on the MRP tool if requested by the Team leader Pack goods ready for shipment in crates or other containers Respect ESD rules for electronics devices production Complies with EHS rules

Production Operator - Welder: Arc welder - Specialist, A, B and C Perform production tasks in factory on dedicated workstations Pilot, clean, maintain assembly and test robots Assemble and inspect finished product to ensure defined quality level on time Key accountabilities: Execute assembly and welding of parts made of stainless steel on plates from 1,5mm to 6mm thickness in all welding positions performing the welding process: MIG/MAG, regulating and preparing the welding equipment according to internal instruction (voltage, amperage, welding speed, oscillation, flow of shielding gas and so on). Experience in the welding process TIG is desirable in order to be used in case of welding repairs. Use tools, equipment, and instruments such as: measuring tape, scale, square and gauges to make visual weld checking. Conduct assembly before welding, positioning the parts and performing tack welds to place them at the correct location, verifying the quality, specifications, and measurements of the drawing. Execute his/her duties following the norms, instructions and requirements contained in the procedures of the Quality Management System. Monitor the activities of other welding technicians (B and C), conveying instructions, technical norms, drawings, technical guidance and organization/cleaning of the equipment/ workstations, so as to help them fulfill their activities within the deadlines established and comply with quality norms. Use the APSYS tools (5s/Autonomous Team/SMED/TPM/Self Inspection/Shop Floor Meeting ).
