As a Senior HR Project Manager at DHL Express, you will lead the transformation of HR processes, introducing innovative systems and inspiring change across the organization. You will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to prioritize country initiatives and manage the implementation and change management of new systems and processes. Your role will be pivotal in driving projects from concept to execution in support of our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Project Delivery: Manage and deliver moderate to complex HR projects, often representing cross-functional initiatives.
· Project Governance: Establish and facilitate project governance, developing detailed plans and tracking progress using agreed tools.
· Strategic Partnership: Develop authentic relationships and influence across stakeholder groups, acting as a strategic partner.
· Collaboration: Work closely with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to align business processes and maintain effective communication.
· Resource Management: Source and manage internal and external resources to ensure project delivery.
· Data Interpretation: Analyze and interpret data to create project documents, presentations, and dashboards, ensuring data-driven storytelling.
· Quality Assurance: Facilitate quality assurance, ensuring compliance with regulatory, statutory, and corporate requirements.
· Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks and issues, engaging in proactive contingency planning and solution discussions.
· Best Practices: Analyze project outcomes to establish best practices and document lessons learned.
· Project Closure: Lead and drive all aspects of project delivery to successful closure, ensuring appropriate change management.
Skills and Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
· Experience: Minimum of 8 years in project management, with experience in HR-related technology projects preferred.
· Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Project Workbench, and other project management tools.
· Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of core HR competencies including but not limited to compliance, talent acquisition, compensation, and employee relations.
· Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple simultaneous projects.
· Communication: Strong ability to influence, build and maintain positive relationships and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
· Risk Management: Ability to develop risk mitigation plans and proactively manage project risks.

· Business Knowledge: Strong understanding of business policies and procedures.
· Resource Management: Experience in managing a project-based workforce.
· HR/Finance Experience: Experience with HR or finance processes and systems.
