Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Data Governance Analyst in the Healthcare/NHS industry to join our team in Plantation, Florida. This role involves establishing and maintaining robust data governance frameworks and practices within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive data governance framework to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and document data governance policies, standards, and procedures

• Establish and oversee data quality management processes to monitor and improve data accuracy and consistency

• Implement and maintain metadata management processes to track and document data lineage, definitions, and classifications

• Stay current with data-related regulations and ensure the organization's data governance practices align with legal and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with data stewards and data owners to assign and enforce data responsibilities and accountabilities

• Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness and promote understanding of data governance principles across the organization

• Investigate and resolve data governance-related issues and discrepancies, working closely with relevant stakeholders

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of data governance initiatives

• Work closely with IT, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment and integration of data governance practices with overall organizational goals Requirements • Proficiency in Apache Spark, Database, EO/IR systems, and AB Testing

• Demonstrated knowledge in Analytics, AWS Technologies, and Business Intelligence (BI)

• Ability to prepare Business Requirement Document

• Proficiency in MS Purview and Microsoft SQL

• Experience in IT project management

• Familiarity with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Data Governance

• Understanding of the healthcare industry and NHS operations

• Ability to analyze, interpret and present complex data

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Proven experience in a similar role would be advantageous

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Science) is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
