Operational Management Manage inventory to align with customer needs and ensure accurate inventory control with record keeping. Organize and maintain the warehouse and store layout for maximum efficiency and safe operations. Be knowledgeable and current about markets served, customers, vendors and competitors. Ensure efficient personnel operations by maintaining adequate staffing to meet company and customer needs in the most efficient and economical manner. Ensure proper training for all staff in store operations, customer service and safety.
