AT&T Senior Technical Vendor Manager in Plano, Texas

Job Description:

Overview:

Responsible for Vendor Management and Sourcing technical products and services in technical organizations such as IT, Network, or CTO. Must have a strong technical background and knowledge of the organization (technology, processes, procedures, tools, applications, systems, etc.) and technical providers (such as technology companies, service providers, contractor suppliers, outsourcing and offshoring, etc.) coupled with a strong business background in vendor management, contract management, governance, compliance, service level management, security, financial management, project management, asset management, etc.

Key Activities:

  • Include reviewing client technical requirements and working closely with Technical Management Teams, 3rd Party Suppliers, and Global Supply Chain Managers to finalize and execute 3rd Party Professional Service Agreement. Additionally, assisting Leadership Teams with identifying Saving Opportunities.

  • Purpose is to provide Centralized Support on all Professional Service Contracts that includes Contract & Financial Management on 3rd Party Agreements.

Key Deliverables:

  • Contract review/guidance, negotiations, NPW mapping, contract control oversight and reporting, ITRAC support.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience and knowledge partnered with technical knowledge (processes, procedures, tools, applications, systems, etc.) and familiarity with professional services providers (such as technology companies, service providers, contractor suppliers, outsourcing and offshoring, etc.) coupled with a business background in vendor management, contract management, compliance, service level management, security, financial management, project management, asset management, etc.

Our Senior Technical Vendor Managers earn between $96,000.00 - $144,000.00, USD Annual . Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
