Job Description

A Fortune 50 client is looking for a Program Manager to join this clients Enterprise Data and AI organization and specifically their data modeling team. Given this team is responsible for data modeling for the Enterprise, this role is critical as you will be working closely with the Data Modeling Leads in assisting with planning sessions, helping manage technical challenges in sourcing, staffing, and resource management, and providing summaries on project plans. You will be responsible for working with this teams stakeholders on budget, project resource allocation, partnering with Finance and vendors, and coordinating with the leaders within this team on processes/ documentation of the work. You will be responsible for meeting with stakeholders on new project initiatives, budget, and helping set up the project scopes of work (SOW) and/or work orders with Finance. We are looking for someone to be in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and willing to go onsite to this clients headquarters in Plano, TX three days a week.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of project management, program management or IT management, including financial and schedule performance reporting

Prior experience as a PM in a data capacity (data modeling, data engineering, data platforms, data migrations, etc.)

Proficiency in using Excel to track and manage project financials and budgets

Excellent Project Management skills: creating detailed schedules, project parameters, and budget expectations

Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking

Proactive in approach to drive results

Excellent presentation skills: comfortable providing weekly/monthly updates and able to present to leadership

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with Business and IT audience (written and oral)

Comfortable working with multiple 3rd party vendors to drive and achieve success

Excellent interpersonal skills, is a "go-getter", can-do attitude is key null
