Production Printer Operator
Position is Onsite in Plano, Texas
Monday-Friday 6am-3:30pm
Pay is $18-$19 per hour
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a mailroom, post office, transactional print, or fulfillment environment. Knowledge of commercial printing or direct mailer business is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Pitney Bowes, Bowe-Bell & Howe equipment, RICOH, or CANON printers is also advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Process workload delegated based on Service Level Agreement due dates
Operate Cannon High Speed Commercial Printers to process customer files.
Complete each job according to client requirements and mail presort specifications.
Communicate with internal teams for task coordination and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
3 months to 1 year experience working in a similar environment.
Basic computer skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Good organizational skills
Attention to detail.
Learning to be efficient and mistake-free while maintaining speed.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
