JPMorgan Chase Loan Servicing Manager III in Plano, Texas

Job Summary:

As a Loan Servicing Manager in the Off-Balance Sheet line of business, you will manage a team performing loan servicing tasks on assigned loan portfolios, interpret loan documents, and interact with internal and external contacts. You will oversee deadlines and may lead projects to further develop team structure and strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team, ensuring they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to succeed.

  • Provide guidance and coaching to drive performance.

  • Maintain metrics to measure team performance and enforce a robust quality control environment.

  • Assist in building and maintaining a servicing framework for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae products.

  • Identify process gaps and areas for improvement, and assist in implementing solutions.

  • Collaborate with WLS teams and commercial real estate business functions on operational readiness to meet anticipated time frames.

  • Foster a collaborative environment and be a culture leader.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 7 years of loan servicing experience.

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and coach a team.

  • Effective time management skills and ability to work on various projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the aptitude to build strong relationships.

  • Proficient knowledge of mortgage products, financial services, lending, and real estate compliance in addition to loan servicing standards.

  • Analytical skills, including the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

  • Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Agency product experience.

  • Strategy software knowledge.
