CompuCom Level 1 IT Administrator in Plano, Texas

Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Level 1 IT Administrator to join their team onsite in Plano, TX. This resource will work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm and fluency in Korean is a requirement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage PC inventory room while registering newly received PCs with asset tag into eProcess system
Process defective PC repair through PC repair service vendor
Disposal of aged PC / hard drives through disposal vendor, and remove asset from the eProcess database
Provide phone and email user support and new hire status updates to HR
Deployment and retrieval of PCs to users and Tier 1 IT at onsite / remote offices
Provide support for and maintenance of printers
Experience using Microsoft Excel for database management, creating charts and pivot tables
Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
