TEKsystems Home Loan Specialist II in Plano, Texas
Job Description:
· Perform complex data and document validation
· Troubleshoot third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
· Handle more complex calls, emails or chat sessions
· Complete appraisal eligibility tasks
· Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines
· Perform other related duties as required and assigned
· Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
Skills & Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as Loan Processor
Experience with (Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo loans)
Experience with large deposits, working with incomes, bank statements
Schedule:
Monday to Friday; 8AM to 5PM (100% IN-OFFICE)
