JPMorgan Chase Conversational AI Experiences Product Delivery Manager, Vice President in Plano, Texas

As a Product Delivery Manager in the Chase Digital Assistant team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. You will partner closely with product to understand key priorities and the product roadmap. You will be responsible for working closely with technology teams to refine and deliver the product roadmap.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination

  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

  • Research and execute priorities in the product backlog using the appropriate agile product management methodology

  • Develop and write concise user stories and process flows and maintain consistency and adherence to business readiness and controls

  • Ensure that requirements meet the complex nature of the business while always focusing on the end user experience

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area

  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities

  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes

  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies

  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

  • 2+ years of experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle

  • 2+ years' work experience as a leader with experience in leading and developing product team members

  • 2+ years' work experience with design and technology team members where you showed the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and develop interdepartmental and cross-functional working relationships within a collaborative team environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization

  • Self-driven with ability to work independently and motivate a team, with minimal supervision

  • Detail oriented, analytical/problem solving skills

  • Ability to work under pressure with time constraints while responding to rapidly changing priorities
