We are hiring Audio / Video (A/V) Deployment Manager to lead our installation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in A/V technology, A/V installation, light construction, and project management, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions for our government clients. As an A/V Installation and Deployment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of government, on-site, A/V systems from conception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

What your impact will look like here:

• Manage the end-to-end deployment of A/V broadcast systems, including building, scheduling, and coordinating resources, and on-site service calls.
• Manage installation team.
• Work closely with government clients to understand their requirements and develop customized solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Project Management, Implementation Consultants, and Installation Techs, and others to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the feasibility of A/V installations
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, project wrap-up sheets, schedules, and training documentation.
• Ensure all installations meet industry standards and regulations.
• Provide training and support to clients on the use of A/V systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the A/V industry.

You'll love this job if you have / can:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in A/V technology and project management
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of A/V systems, equipment, and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing A/V projects
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Able to travel for installations, up to 2 weeks per month
• Ability to read A/V wire diagrams and construction plans
• Certification in A/V technology (e.g., CTS, CTS-D) is a plus

Work Location Specifics

• This position works either on-site at our Dallas, TX office, or at client and customer locations doing installs throughout northern Texas
• Remote work is not available for this position

Salary range varies depending on candidate experience, qualifications and location, and internal equity based delta.
