As an Analytics Solution Strategy Associate within the Consumer and Community Banking Data & Analytics organization, you will be tasked with leading the daily management and execution of the organization. Your role will involve direct support to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer in strategic decision-making, managing cross-functional programs, and promoting key initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members across LOBs, central teams, and corporate functions, incl. working closely with Product and Technology teams on prioritization of deliverables

  • Exercise sound judgment, anticipate bottlenecks, evaluate and mitigate potential risks, escalate effectively, make trade-offs and balance business needs versus technical constraints to drive the execution of strategic initiatives

  • Contribute to executive communication materials for senior management and present project analyses and recommendations to senior executives

  • Develop and operationalize key metrics to measure the current state, define what success looks like in future, and enable strategic solutioning and execution

  • Direct strategic thinking and approach, quickly identifying most critical aspects of problem and most appropriate structure

  • Drive day-to-day problem solving to facilitate recommendations and push the team's agenda

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skill s-

  • Generally 3+ years of related experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; i.e., Computer Science, MIS, Economics, etc.

  • Consulting orientation ability to influence both internal & external business partners. Very strong analytical skills as well as a strong commercial orientation and the proven ability to use analytics to drive commercial results

  • Strong client engagement skills

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills - the ability to convey complex information simply and clearly to senior business leaders

  • Demonstrate flexibility and creativity in your problem solving - you geek out about developing an elegant solution versus just solving a problem via brute force

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities and skills-

  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills

  • Experience communicating effectively with business and IT partners

  • Consulting orientation with ability to influence both internal & external business partners. 2+ years at a management consulting firm preferred

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

  • Self-starter with out-of-the box problem solving skills

  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and keep numerous projects on track

  • Have obtained a Certified Project Manager (CPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certificate
