We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist with some inspection experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. Additionally, this role involves inspecting finished pieces to ensure they meet quality standards. The CNC Lathe Machinist \will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing processes and delivering products that exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities
Proven experience as a CNC lathe machinist, with a strong emphasis on quality inspection. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Solid understanding of machining processes and principles. Experience with CNC programming and operation.
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
Commitment to upholding quality standards and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the aerospace, automotive, or medical device industry.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
Familiarity with ISO quality management systems.
Experience with statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
Proficiency in using CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines.
