We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Accounting Agent to join our team in Plainfield, United States. As an Accounting Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Finance and Accounting department, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth operations.
Manage customer and supplier accounts, maintaining accurate records and resolving discrepancies
Perform bank reconciliations and control bank-related activities
Process and post invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Assist with treasury functions and cash flow management
Prepare and analyze financial reports using advanced Excel skills and accounting software
Collaborate with team members to ensure all accounting processes are completed efficiently
Contribute to process improvements and implement best practices in accounting procedures
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial matters
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience with accounting software and familiarity with PowerBI (preferred)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive approach to work with a demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
