We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Accounting Agent to join our team in Plainfield, United States. As an Accounting Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Finance and Accounting department, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth operations.

  • Manage customer and supplier accounts, maintaining accurate records and resolving discrepancies

  • Perform bank reconciliations and control bank-related activities

  • Process and post invoices in a timely and accurate manner

  • Assist with treasury functions and cash flow management

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports using advanced Excel skills and accounting software

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all accounting processes are completed efficiently

  • Contribute to process improvements and implement best practices in accounting procedures

  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial matters

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Experience with accounting software and familiarity with PowerBI (preferred)

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in work

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proactive approach to work with a demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
