JOB REQUIREMENTS: Our client\'s dental office in Plain, WI is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join their team. They are open to part or full-time. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dental care to our patients while maintaining a comfortable and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform dental cleanings, prophylaxis, and periodontal maintenance procedures. Radiology Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care. Conduct thorough dental assessments and screenings. Assist dentists and other team members in various dental procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans. Uphold infection control and sterilization protocols. Requirements: Valid Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin. Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Compensation and Benefits: \$40 - \$45/hour depending on experience Quarterly bonuses based on production Medical and dental benefits Profit sharing after the 1st year Stable and reliable schedules with regular shifts.
