TEKsystems Customer Success Specialist in Plain City, Ohio

Shift: 8:00AM-5:00PM (M-F)
Office is located in the Plain City/Dublin, OH area (MUST BE LOCATED IN THE COLUMBUS, OH AREA)
Job Description
Responsible for all customer communication via phone and email (15-20 calls/day)
Input orders into Salesforce (orders received via phone and email)
Navigate through resources to answer questions on product, shipping, and order information
Analyze shipping information to answer specific customer questions
Additional Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of order entry and customer support experience
Ability to use resources and navigate multiple systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in office everyday from 8am-5pm
Strong problem solving and time management skills
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00
