Overview:

The Junior Client Service Coordinator is an entry level role within the AMS Client Service Leadership Team. The primary responsibility is to assist Client Service Leaders with administrative processes that support our clients.

As a part of these processes, the Junior Client Service Coordinator collaborates directly with the Client Service Leaders to support a portfolio of clients focusing on hours reporting, metrics reporting, tool maintenance and updates, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Jira work progress to ensure deadlines are met and tickets are updated promptly.

  • Identify potential service delivery issues and escalate them as necessary.

  • Assist with resource requests and their ongoing maintenance.

  • Perform tool maintenance and updates for applications such as Jira and PowerBI reports.

  • Help obtain security access for consultants and conduct compliance audits.

  • Provide metrics and reports, and compile content for client presentations, including governance meetings.

  • Ensure accuracy in hours reporting.

  • Support senior team members in more complex assignments on an ad hoc basis.

Role-Specific Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in English (C1 level preferred)

  • Intermediate Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.)

  • Ability to navigate and learn various systems efficiently

  • Strong attention to detail

  • High self-motivation and proactive approach

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
