We are expanding our team and hiring a full-time administrative professional who shares our vision, values, and commitment to each other as employee owners. The Corporate Administrator will support the Corporate Services division and Human Resources department’s needs by:

  • Acting as an assistant to the Senior Contracts Administrator, including but not limited to, reviewing and negotiating contract terms with/for both internal and external clients, ordering insurance certificates, organizing meetings, filing and recording expenses, and assisting the Secretary to the Board of Directors with meeting preparation activities  

  • Assisting Human Resources with building KTA’s bench strength through sourcing and recruiting top performers, including but not limited to developing performance profiles and job descriptions, attending job fairs, reviewing resume, screening, and processing candidates; and

  • Providing administrative support for various company committees and HR/CEO administrative tasks.

The opportunity is open to all outstanding candidates who:

  • Have worked in an administrative role for at least 2 years or related coursework with an associate or higher degree;

  • Have top-notch proofreading and editing skills;

  • Are organized and can maintain orderly files and records;

  • Are skilled in all aspects of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint);

  • Thrive working in a team environment with energetic and passionate employees: and

  • Can work productively both in an open office environment and remotely. 

Applicants must also have superb written and oral communication skills, the ability to prioritize, multitask, remain flexible, work within a deadline, be client-oriented, and patient while working through problems and challenges. Physical requirements include close vision, ability to adjust focus, hearing, and speaking.
