Description

PA Inclusive is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in promoting the agency's mission, programs, and services through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social impact, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns

 

Job Duties

 

  1. Social Media Management:
    • Lead social media marketing efforts to showcase the agency's comprehensive range of programs, services, advocacy efforts, client stories, board engagement, and territorial impact.
    • Develop and implement a content calendar for social media platforms.
    • Monitor social media trends and engagement metrics to optimize content strategy.
  2. Email Marketing:
    • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including a monthly email newsletter and targeted campaigns.
    • Segment email lists for personalized and effective communication.
    • Analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  3. Collateral Design and Production:
    • Design and deliver marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, pamphlets, posters, etc., ensuring a consistent and compelling visual identity.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality materials.
  4. Corporate Communications:
    • Craft and disseminate corporate communications, including announcements, press releases, organizational charts, and training materials.
    • Ensure messaging aligns with the agency's values and goals.
  5. Project Assistance:
    • Assist with various agency projects, including but not limited to updating Guidestar/Candid, Charity Navigator, Network for Good Donor Database, and participating in NEPA Gives and fundraisers.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives.
    • Other related duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, email marketing, and collateral design.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and marketing software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
