Direct Care- Youth Development Professional We would love to have you consider joining Hillcrest Educational Center as a member of one of our teams. We are a premier human service organization with more than 38 years of experience improving the quality of life for special needs youth through education, clinical, and residential services. YOUR COMPENSATION: \$21.00 to \$24.00/hr to start - Career Ladder Raise to Step 2 as early as 6 months: \$1040 - Continue with your Career Ladder to Step 3 and 4: \$1560 for each step - Referral Bonus: \$1500 for every full-time referral who gets hired - Additional Compensation for CNA Credential - \$0.50/hour (Autism Program only) Bachelor\'s Degree. Relatable experience considered BENEFITS BEYOND THE ORDINARY - CHILD CARE REIMBURSEMENT paid quarterly to you (up to \$2400 paid annually/\$600 per quarter) - TUITION ASSISTANCE REIMBURSEMENT of up to \$425 a credit hour.
