We are currently seeking a Trust Specialist to join our team.

You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have the skills and experience necessary to:

  • Provides a variety of administrative and staff support services to an organizational unit.

  • Conducts data entry functions, verifies and performs quality checks on data to ensure they match.

  • Preparation of control activities, records, statistics and reports regarding operations.

  • Works with bankers, brokers and their systems as required. Assists clients as needed.

  • Administers programs, projects and/or processes specific to trust operating functions.

    Who Should Apply:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, requires High School diploma or Equivalent and some banking, trust or office related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.

  • Basic knowledge of banking, trust operations or general office processes and functions.

  • General knowledge of trust products. Good customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work with both internal and external clients.

  • Must be accurate with good attention to detail. Good data entry, research and organizational skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines.

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
