We're seeking a future team member for the role of Technical Project Manager to join our Martech Team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and resource requirements for Martech integrations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Serve as a contact for external vendors and technology partners involved in marketing technology integrations. Evaluate vendor solutions and assist with the implementation process to ensure successful outcomes. Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and optimize resource utilization. Identify opportunities for automation and standardization to drive operational excellence. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate business needs into technical requirements. Possess a strong understanding of marketing technologies, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and data management solutions. Stay informed about emerging trends and advancements in the marketing technology landscape. Document integration processes, data flows, and system configurations to ensure clarity and consistency across all integrated marketing technologies. Create comprehensive documentation to support troubleshooting, maintenance, and knowledge transfer. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field. 2-4 years hands on experience with Marketing Technologies (Marketo, CRM, DemandBase, CVENT). 2-4 years of project management experience, specializing in Marketing Technology projects. Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency. Excellent problem-solving and project prioritization skills.
