This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to manage a group of Quality Assurance Analysts who evaluate, test, and validate software and/or IT services. Position Responsibilities: Leads QA efforts for variety of product portfolio, ensuring tailored strategies for each. Leads and mentors lean onsite and offshore team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Player-Coach who actively takes part in manual and automation testing, also mentors manual and automation teams. Develops and implements test automation strategies and frameworks to maximize automation leverage in the projects Collaborates closely with Product Management, Development, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards and align processes to product goals. Understands business goals and develops test plans & strategies. Defines test goals, scope, key deliverables considering sprint cycles and release timelines. Leads the planning and execution of all testing activities in scope, including functional, API & Integration, System, Compatibility and Acceptance Tests. Ensures the test materials, including test plans, test suite, test results and defects are organized and up to date. Works with Automation Team to Designs and implements defect reduction programs. Coaches and mentors team members towards improved performance, finds opportunities for their development, annual performance reviews, disciplinary action, and terminations. Evaluates, selects and manages right testing tools. Tracks and reports QA metrics and activities.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field. 7+ years of experience in manual and automation testing. 2+ years of Test Lead /Management experience in a QA testing environment Experience with Test Case Management and Bug Management systems (Jira preferred) Experience with SQL Must have experience in different basic types of testing (black box, functional, regression, sanity, compatibility, integration, stress, load) Proficiency in automation tools, and frameworks. Additionally, experience with the following is preferred: load testing, security testing, web-services testing, mobile testing, Rest API testing. A "test to break" attitude and ability to test with an end-user point of view. Ability to communicate and report software defects accurately with attention to details. Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex system logic. Open to learning new skills (applying test scenario): AI/ML and AWS coming shortly Additional Qualifications: Excellent customer service and administrative skills Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks Ability to follow policies nd procedures Can-do attitude Genuine desire to help others Team oriented mindset, with a strong sense of care and urgency Desire to embrace our core values:  Client Focus, Results, Responsibility & Accountability, Collaboration and Innovation.
