Pittsburgh Cultural Trust Subscriptions Customer Service Representative in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
This is a part-time position as an at-home customer service representative for the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust's Guest Services Department. The Customer Service Representative will be communicating daily via phone and email with Pittsburgh Cultural Trust subscribers, donors, single-ticket buyers, and visitorstothe Cultural District. This position willbe responsible forprocessing Cultural Trust and Cultural District subscriptions, and single tickets via phone, mail, and internet as needed.
As this is a remote position, the Customer Service Representative must be able to work independently and be able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment whilemaintainingattention to detail.This is primarily Monday through Friday during daylight hours. Candidates should be able to talk on the phone, sit, and work on a computer for extended periods of time. Strongwritten and oral communication skills and the ability to retain a lot of information are essential to success in this role.
Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent professional experience in customer service and/or ticketing industry required. Prior experience with a Customer Relationship Management database preferred.
