We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Client Education/Training Manager to join our CRM  team. This role is located in Pittsburgh PA, or Lake Mary FL. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Strategic Development & Execution: Define and implement a training and education strategy aligned with organizational goals and business requirements. Collaborate closely with peers and external clients to ensure educational content reflects key business priorities and change events. Team Leadership & Development: Oversee a large team of Client Education/Training professionals, providing ongoing training, cross-training, and professional development. Manage staffing, performance, and personnel needs to optimize team effectiveness. Policy & Procedure Management: Develop and oversee policies, procedures, and supervisory protocols to maintain the integrity of the Client Education/Training function. Ensure alignment with industry standards and firm requirements. Content & Delivery Optimization: Design and implement learning programs, regularly assessing and refining content and delivery methods to ensure maximum impact and relevancy for clients. Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a key integration point for various business initiatives, working with product managers to incorporate demonstrations and insights into training content. Drive the proactive inclusion of client education within broader firm initiatives. Resource Management: Lead an integrated project management approach, managing resource allocation, prioritization, and competing project timelines. Staff Recruitment & Motivation: Recruit, guide, and inspire team members, maximizing their contributions and fostering a collaborative team culture. Financial Management (if applicable): Oversee the budget, expenses, and other financial aspects of the Client Education/Training function within the business unit.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Learning and Development or a related field. Experience: 7-10 years of total work experience, with 1-3 years in management preferred. Training delivery or content design experience is highly desirable. Licensing/Certifications: Relevant local or regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
