We're seeking future team members for our Global Payments and Treasury Service Operations with roles located in Pittsburgh, PA in Hybrid positions. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Lead a testing pod as the operations lead for instant payments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment across teams. Test for regulatory and client-driven changes, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction. Collect and define business or functional requirements, translating them into functional design, test planning, and user documentation processes. Conduct peer reviews, analyze test cases, and drive operations readiness to support both implementation and post-implementation phases. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of payments systems, including ISO messaging (ISO 20000/ISO 22000), clearing, and SWIFT. Analyzes and defines business requirements and functional or operational specifications for small to moderate sized projects of limited complexity. Collects and defines business or functional requirements and translates them into functional design, test planning, and user documentation processes. Participates in development of the functional design and user documentation by analyzing business process flows or client requests and identifying changes. Tasks include case development, requirement traceability analysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional test execution. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. Payments experience, particularly with ISO messaging and clearing/SWIFT, is highly desirable. Strong technical experience with a focus on operational readiness, testing, and implementation support.
