We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Business Process Management Analyst  to join the Client Response team in the Enterprise Resiliency and Sourcing Office. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Engages with stakeholders that cross multiple functionalities to respond to client inquiries and client meeting requests for process development, implementation, and support for coordination and preparation of client facing materials and presentations Performs reactive and proactive processes and activities required to design, implement, maintain, and improve processes on moderately complex projects. Performs moderately complex data mining, trend analysis, metric and report production Creates process requirements, reviews functional requirements, validates solutions, coordinates and participates in testing, coordinates and participates in process rollouts for moderately complex or multiple simple enhancements.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required. 4-6 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
