We're seeking a future team member for the role of Quality Assurance and Control Testing Analyst - Sanctions and Financial Crimes to join our Global Payments and Treasury Services Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, and will work a Hybrid schedule (3 days per week in-office required). In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Conduct QA reviews of sanctions operations L1 and L2 alert dispositions for static and transactional sanctions hits Document and report any defects or issues discovered during the review process, providing clear descriptions and relevant details for each defect or issue Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Uses basic knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements and BNY corporate policies involving risk and control to support the development of improved business processes through technology No direct reports Contributes to the achievement of team objectives To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required 0-3 years of total work experience preferred Financial crime-related alert review experience (with a preference for sanctions alerts) or testing/QA experience, highly preferred Strong understanding of fundamental test/QA processes Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time management skills Ability to self-manage workload and goals independently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven organization At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
