This position is at the Learning Research and Development Center (LRDC), a multi-disciplinary center for research to advance the science of learning by bringing together leading researchers in the cognitive, social, and educational sciences.
LRDC is recruiting a qualified candidate for the position of Post-Doctoral Associate. The position will assist in finalizing analyses of the impact of a Networked Improvement Community in Dallas TX on student outcomes, for the final steps of the Gates grant on this project. The postdoc must be familiar with complex analyses involving propensity score matching applied to teacher surveys, internal reading assessments, and state-level test score data. Because of the limited time span of this effort, it is much preferred to hire someone who is already familiar with the details of the measures and project.
By the start of the position, the successful candidate will have completed a PhD in Learning Sciences and Policy or equivalent.
